Hi Tamar, wow it all looks incredible as always! If I had to pick one tool it would be my MM craft knife particularly for cutting up some of the gorgeous patterns we get in our boxes!!

Gorgeous inspiration!
My must have, can't do without tool is my Heidi Swapp edge distresser. I LOVE this tool and even keep a back up (just in case :) ).

INK !! I have been inking everything lately. I just painted a canvas covered in wrinkled tissue paper and when the blueberry paint dried I inked the high points with a blue VIVID ink that was just a little darker and it added a ton of deminsion. I also ink edges of mats and photos. So my have to have would be INK. Thanks so much for such a wonderful giveaway. I would nominate my daughter for the second kit. She is a crafter at heart but due to college she has had to take a break from crafting. Maybe a gorgeous kit would jump start her. Thanks again, ms.cheryl

I cannot scrap without my friends Bronwyn and Karen. If I am stuck they help. If I have left anything behind they have it. They are full of insperation and I love them to bits

I am heavily into scallop punches at the moment - especially the scallop border punch - so very versatile!

Gorgeous talk again Tamar and the other girls!!
My fav tool at the moment is my sandpaper... great to distress everything (even my scrap table lol)
Posted by: Manon | April 27, 2009 at 09:05 AM
Love the talk *S* I think I sand and ink on all pages that I do

I'm with Nic ... my most important, lost without it tool is my pointy awl thingy. I think I'd also be lost without my black signo pen ... useful for adding outlines, highlights, details and of course journalling.
I'd love to see what my Mum would do with a box of Tarisota goodies. She's not quite convinced on scrapping layouts yet but loves the idea of altering tins and things as home decor.

Definitely my Heidi Swap Edge distresser!! It comes out for every layout! "D

I think my must have scrappin tool would be sandpaper & my awl. Mainly because I have big "man" hands and the fiddly sequins get the better of me otherwise!!
Awesome April Kit Tamar! And the teckni's keep getting better :)

Another one here who can't scrap without her edge distresser! I have a few at varying degrees of "bluntness" . . .

Is ink a tool? Cant scrap without ink of some sort. My trimmer, fiskars micro tip scissors and stamp press all get a work out too.
Posted by: LesleyC | April 27, 2009 at 08:42 PM
Definitely my edge distreser, followed closely by my craft knife and ruler!

Wow - such a fest for the eyes! Gorgeous projects from the design team once again! Way to go ladies!
As for my must have can't scrap without tool - well my TH Walnut Stain distress ink is used on EVERYTHING and I love my sponge daubers which I use to apply it to the edges of my paper. :) I too also have a soft spot for my awl (except when I jabbed it straight into my finger).

I cannot scrap without my Fiskars scissors! you can get into the tinyest corners with these puppies!
I just love em!

My Fiskars cutter gets used with every layout I create. Completely lost without it!

Gosh I have a few favourites but I have to say I LOVE my tape runner - especially if I just want to complete a quick project or something in front of the tv. I dont have to find all those little photo corner peel offs everywhere! (and I do love my awl - which is called pokey tool at our place!)

Might have to look into those BG classes... my tape runner and my paper trimmer are the two things (couldn't pick one over the other *sigh* LOL) I just can't scrap without.

Another great TT.
For my favourite tool I think I'd have to say my EK success corner rounder - because I can remove the little guard thingy and then it becomes a scalloper. I love it!

Great wrap up for the month and love the digi downloads :) I never scrap without my craft knife and like the heavy type ones becuase they give a nice clean cut for all those fiddly bits and works a treat for trimming when paired with a metal ruler.

Always so very inspiring dropping by here :0) Fiskars soft microtip scissors and a black Zig writer would have to be my favourites.

My can't live without tool are my Tonic Tim Holtz scissors too! I end up doing a lot of "fussy cutting" of papers and they are hands down the best scissors I have ever used. Did you know that Tim designed them with his grandmother in mind? He told me that when I was at a Ranger on the Road day. Anyway, I love these scissors with all my heart and cried when I lost my first pair. Got another pair ASAP though!
Your site and collections are absolutley breath taking! If I was so honored to be a winner of the Mother's Day collections, I would be certain to have a fun artsy weekend with my Mother. She has always been my inspiration in life and my guide throughout the creative process.

My go to tool is a Tim Holtz distress ink pad "antique photo". I love the look of the edges on my papers and photos. It is perfect for almost every layout.
