This Wednesday I was fortunate enough to be able to juggle my schedule to pop into the girls school for a mother's day celebration.
So far fingers crossed I have been able to get to each one. This year they are in Grade 5 and I am keenly aware that they only have two more mother's day events at school before that chapter closes.
I guess I'm feeling even more vulnerable about being a Mumma at the moment too after the last 20 months and the fact that this year marks the end of my first decade as a Mumma. Seriously where did that time go?
The teachers always go to so much trouble to make things special and this year was no exception. In Talia's class we had the chance to write a letter to one another and to decorate it - with glitter and pom poms too ( of course! )
In Sofia's class the students all made their own card's with a variety of printed elements. On the back of the card was a beautiful poem that made me so so teary.
I had to share it with you. I've recreated it and used a digital frame from Pugly Pixel. You can download it and print if you like:).
Here is the PDF version - it's A4 size :)

I've also had a quick look and found a non religious version too if you would prefer.
