Are you on instagram? I am and I love it. I love the convenience of being able to take a photo edit it add a hashtag and upload it straight from my phone and link it to my facebook page too. So easy and it let's me share with my family what we are up to. The other bonus I have found is that it helps me keep an awesome record of whats going on in our lives. I have just spent some time updating my project life album and so much of what I was able to write was based on my instagram.

So I also have TWO lovely giveaways - a $100 Stayz voucher and a $20 Coles voucher. All you need to do to be in the running is to leave a comment on this post telling me how you live free.
For me living free means participating. It’s about stealing a few moments here and there in the helter skelter of life. I’ll be honest I get so bone weary I can barely stand up these days. It would be far easier to say nope I’m not doing that, I’m not going there. But you know every time without fail when I put myself out a little and reach out to try something different I always benefit ten fold.
In the last month we have visited a vintage love fair, explored art in the park, styled and catered a girls only dinner party. These were just three things that I thought at one point I’m so not doing that. But I did and they have become highlights.
To me this is living free - pick and choose what you want to do and just go do.
It's not always about big events or going somewhere though - I love the simple things. My afternoons when I'm home from work in time to make the girls afternoon tea and hear about their day and check on their homework.
I love to have fresh flowers in the house. Just seeing them makes me happy. If I can't afford flowers then I steal from neighbours garden ( with her permission LOL ).
I'm loving these peanut butter balls. I limit myself to one a day and I am going to be so sad when the packet is finished, I received these from a friend. I'll have to go in search of more. So while I try to be super careful about what I eat I won't deny a treat like this :)
I love traditional tea but I also really enjoy a cup of white tea which I know is so good for me. I make it in my cute teapot and all of a sudden it becomes an occasion. If I'm really lucky I also manage to squeeze in a flick through a favourite craft book or mag.
I love to take some time every day to do a scripture study. It allows me to connect and reflect. If that's not you thing I still highly recommend taking a few minutes to read something new each day that makes you think.
So you see it's not all about doing something awesomely big - like skydiving. It can just be about the little everyday things that makes your life more content. Now it's over to you - What do you do to live free? Leave a comment on this post letting me know. This little giveway closes on April the 26th - details about the prizes are here. I can't wait to hear your suggestions :) and don't forget to enter your instagram shot too for your chance to win a trip to Thailand ( you can see the terms and conditions here) . How awesome would that be?
