This week we had parent teacher interviews one night that ran from 5.30 till 7.45pm. Usually I would have got some sort of take away but trying to be more conscious of what we are eating I decided on quick pizzas instead.
The girls I made before we left and the Richard and I had ours after we got home.
They took five minutes to throw together and were so yummy and I know were much healthier than the takeaway version.
- Spread the wrap with some pizza sauce
- Add salmon and spoonfuls of ricotta
- Sprinkle with cheese
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Top with rocket and cracked pepper :)
The girls had ham and pineapple for theirs. Please share your favourite pizza toppings - these are definitely on my weekly rotation now.
