This quick bread is a Coll family staple & is ever-present in my mother's kitchen. Every single time I go home there is a fresh loaf on the counter. It is especially wonderful toasted, slathered with butter, paired with a cup of tea and savored whilst chatting with your mum. So from my family to yours...Enjoy! :)
