Being a lover of words and quotes makes me have so many but right now what's playing on my mind is this one - oldie but a goodie
Sometimes we got so lost in the have tos and the well meaning advice of others, we take on board all their issues and ideas and we lose ourselves. I think this is particularly true of mothers. Our days are spent filled with worrying for our little ones and we tend to we lose ourselves. I have been conscious over the last few weeks of this and am taking time to listen to my own heart. I'm sleeping more, saying no often, creating freely and being with myself.
