Today I headed back to school- SFD and we were at a Professional development day with 600 teachers - My principal opened the event with the words - "thank goodness those pesky holidays are over and we can get back into it " You could kind of hear a pin drop no one was super keen to be back ...
and as I sat between sessions waiting I flicked to my twitter feed I foudn this gem from Oprah.
( really it was between sessions I promise! )
Just goes to show doesn't matter how much you love your job there is something about holidays never really being long enough.
We had a fun day catching up and had our goodly share of postive messages ready to tackle term three -it's the busiest one for senior schooling. I'm hitting the ground running.
My girls are still on hols so Ive been leaving them a project to do each day - Ill share some soon ( edited to add that sounds like Im leaving them home alone crafting - noooo Richards home )
On a crafty note Mel and I have just cooked up a little fun plan so we will be back in the next few days to let you know what :) - we think you'll be happy!
