Oh my goodness - Day 20? That kind of snuck up!
Today I proudly introduce one of my girls - who dreamt up this recipe by herself and then made it for a dinner party we had some time back . The only thing she needed help with was a recipe for the chocolate mousse of which I have an easy peasy one :)

One night Mummy was having some friends over for dinner - which is a dinner party and she didn't know what to make for dessert and was looking through her cook books. Then I had an idea of layers of crepes with chocolate mousse and strawberries. When I told Mummy about it she let me try and make it and I did.
My tips for making this recipe are make sure you don't over whip the cream you want it to just have nice soft peaks. It's best to keep it in the fridge for the mousse to set a bit otherwise the layers would be too slippery.
This is really yummy and really easy to make anyone can make it and it looks like a dessert that would take alot of skill but it doesn't.
