One more sleep and I am so excited !
We welcome Miss Sofia Bostock back to the blog today with her recipe for clinker slice - Now it wasnt hers to start- I think Mel made it to begin with and then we tried it - Clinkers aren't something we eat usually so we were a bit sceptical- it was so good .
We shared it with our neighbours which we kind of have to do as we do too much baking.
Barry declared it his favourite ever :0
So when we started our cooking planning ( you can read about our cooking day here Sof said we have to make clinker slice for Barry - I couldn't remember the recipe - i actually couldnt really remember the slice truth be told - so she googled and found it and checked for the ingredients -and sent Richard out to get clinkers - his third trip to the shops that morning
and it was a huge hit - and now that I have eaten it again I remember it oh so well LOL

**** Our Day 25 recipe may be posted late on Christmas Day -its actually our Christmas morning pre breakfast snack - so Ill be making it in the morning and taking a photo then.- Unless I cant get what I need for it - in which case Ill share something else I am making this afternoon. I'm sure my Aussie and NZ readers won't mind the last thing they will be doing is watching this blog for our final recipe - but for those of you who are in a different time zone I just wanted to let you know in advance.
