We welcome the delightful Michelle Clement as our Guest Designer

Michelle hails from  Vancouver Canada and shes very modest! - Her bio on site says nothing  of  her fab talent - Check it out yourself  http://www.youer-than-you.blogspot.com/ I am sure you'll agree - We are thrilled to have Michelle with us for the month.

Closer to home I'm so happy to be able to announce we have two new designers joining us.

Firstly Jill Geraghty Groves wowed us with her work last month as Guest Designer it's great to have her with us permanently.

You do realise that swells the twin Mumma ranks to three? -what are the chances ??- We have one of each flavour now - My two girls - Trac's  Felicity and Alistair and Jills boys!   

and we also say hello to Jo Kneller from over the road ( NZ!)

You may remember her work from January - well Jo has been holding out on us - or  I have been living under a rock ( more likely) and she is the Digi Diva like no other. Seriously she's been working her designing fingers off over the last few weeks to bring you the most awesome digital downloads this month -  pixels and papers will leave you cold no longer- Jo is all over this and I hope you love it as much as I do .

We have in the works a number of other projects and I'm so excited to be able to say we will be bringing you some goodies you won't be able to get anywhere else!

But a few things...

an extra sneak for you just here - somehow I have 10 but only 2 days left no idea what I have done - Not great with counting - obviously:)

Winner - Lemon slice Recipe...

is The lovely Chris Millar - goodies on the way! -  that slice is perfect and you know what else - only one of the girls like it - so I get to eat more! oops maybe that  is not good.

at 3.30 this morning - couldnt bring myself to give up any of my working time but also couldnt bring myself not to read so considerably less sleep has been had over the last few nights

Cant get the characters out of my head.

and finally a quickie from www.taste.com.au

I cook this in the crock pot - just throw all the ingredients in and leave it on for the day - and I serve it with rice

Seriously yum and so easy to prepare - even if you are rushing

Ingredients (serves 4)

• 2 tsp olive oil
• 8 chicken lovely legs
• 1 large brown onion, halved, thinly sliced
• 3 celery sticks, trimmed, cut into 2cm-thick slices
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 200g button mushrooms, thickly sliced
• 2 x 400g cans diced Italian tomatoes
• 1 chicken stock cube (Massel brand)
• 150g (1 cup) frozen broad beans, thawed, peeled
• 1 tbs fresh thyme leaves
• Freshly ground black pepper

I use more than 8 lovely legs and still works good - and I put the beans in  at the end -about an hour before I am going to serve it.

Hope your sunday has been relaxing...

Richard ran a marathon - lunatic that he is - I had a sleep in and finished New Moon - Luckily the library at school has the the next installment as I won't get the chance to get to the shops tomorrow and I need to know what happens next.

Next Month Teckni  girl is Miss Mel and I managed to get the coolest buttons to add to her goodies today at the markets.

Sorry back to the story - we headed to the markets - the girls bought themselves the cutest sunnies while I was off trawling for buttons and other goodies

no photo was on my to do list didnt happen -

Carrara Markets are great for fresh fruit and veges but also for flowers   - we traipsed home with 5 dozen I know sounds ridiculously obsessive doesnt it but for $15 in total  what do you do? Each girl has a dozen beside her bed and I have 3 bundled up ready to take to work with me tomorrow. They smell divine.

Thank you to all the Lemon slice recipes hunters and big smacks to Cindy who sent in a  Toblerone cheesecake recipe too just for fun  It sounds so good I'm going to have to make that as well.

That will be next weekend.

We made slice about half an hour ago

Its setting in the fridge as I type - cant wait for my late cup of tea tonight.

Ill announce the winner later if indeed it is the recipe :) Im pretty sure it is but I have to check don't I?

It may all sound calm here but really we are running carzy behind scenes - me and a couple of others to bring you a very cool surprise for march - Im itching to show you and i even have something I can show but Ive been sworn to secrecy - hmm funny I thought I was in charge but clearly I'm not.

did the week go? seriously it was just sunday night a blink ago...

Love that I get parcels sometimes too - that are just for me..

These arrived  on Monday - bought kinda on a whim but seriously ( I don't think I do this very often >> superly endorse stuff I mean.) GO BUY SOME

If you have long hair that you just throw up in a beak thing or a scriunchie like I always do - these are for you

I LOVE THEM

Because I'm conservative - or actually just too lazy to try and coordinate hair ties with  clothes jewelery and shoes - I went with brown - I got the short and now have just popped back on tonight to get a long one and short blue for the girls for school.  - HERE

Update on the labels

The original ones are all still stuck good to the lunchboxes etc - its just the clothes I am having issues with but today my package from stuck on you arrived - I got the transfers after lots of advice from people - thank you!

Next been reading about this series of books -  I know when do i find the time to read ? But really i kinda have to  - keep up with the kids at school with whats popular and Its my chill out time - Usually just before going to sleep

Always sneaks up on me -  I do that thing in my head 30 days has sept april june and nov - and go cool March must have 31 sweet -starting sneaks on the 21 22nd - always try to do 10 but sometimes things get in the way... Its FEB though isnt it? yep

Madly trying to get everything together to reveal our very cool new surprise for march .... really Im so excited about this - driving the people involved crazy I think but they are tolerating me at the moment LOL

and finally - Im searching for a recipe - I sooo can't find it  -its a lemon slice  with condensed milk and sweet biscuits as the base - crushed up and then a plain lemon icing on top- Do you think I can find it ?NOPE - so Blog readers for the person who can find me the right recipe I have a very cool RAK for you

New Toys

Richard is a sucker for a gadget - I left the three of them to finish the gorcery shopping while I went to school for a while today - and they came home with a new toy.

A shoe polisher - Hmm In my day ( and in his ...) we used an old cloth and a brush and polished hard. Nope not anymore there is this gadget.

Can't really complain - they all polished their shoes to within an inch of their lives LOL. The girls think its very cool and want to do it all by themselves - who am I to argue - One less job for me to do.

Shipping - Houses - Mexican

Never a dull moment in our house

So shipping to begin with

We held back to over the weekend as we received notification that our Houses and missing sheet of AL paper were finally here - They arrived Thursday and I couldn't possibly get them packed and out in time with the collection so it was easier ( more sanity for me! ) to hold them back a day.

So all collections are on their way Monday  -I'm sorry for the delay for those of you not waiting on houses...

Do you remember this collection? and these gorgeous little house books? well after a long delay from the manufacturer we are now finally shipping them to all our customers - and the  good news is I have some extras too - So if you weren't a subscriber then and would like one - check  it out under limited editions - Shipping now! ( or anyone who'd like an extra if you're super fast and get your order in before Sunday night we will reopen your parcel and pop it in

Now that the girls have started school I'm so much more conscious of how their spare time and our family time is spent - This weekend has been packing and me being pretty cranky about little people under foot so I decided we should go for dinner somewhere fun - ( had NOTHING to do with the fact that table was filled with invoices and shipping labels and that you couldn't move in the lounge room itself for boxes)

So off we went to Montezuma's which we haven't been to since before the girls were born.

It was children's happy hour or something at 5.45 - with every table filled with families - so my two making noise wasn't a big deal  I hope)

Yummy food relaxed atmosphere and a chance to unwind for an hr or so before returning to the mayhem in my lounge room. The girls had mocktails which was a very cool special treat tacos which got gobbled and of course the standard ice cream and topping served at all restaurants for children's dessert.

and finally under limited editions I have added some extras - Bazzil and Paper and embellishments from the Obsession collection - this is something I have been doing as a one off for customers for some time -so if you are wanting two lots of papers for working on special projects or extra bazzil - they are there now for anyone else who would like -very limited numbers.
